 The 2008 Packaging Design ABRE Award was held on August 26, in São Paulo.
Such award is annually given by the Brazilian Packaging Association (Associação Brasileira de Embalagem) to the manufacturers of the best packaging developed in Brazil, classifying the winners for the World Packaging Award - WPO.
Dixie Toga enrolled products of its three divisions (Cartridges, Flexible and Rigid) in different categories, and is a finalist with 6 products, in 6 of them, as follows:
- Food Products Design Category: Vitalie Sauce Cartridges;
- Family of Products Design Category: Fugini Ready Meal Line Cartridges;
- Technology of Packaging for export Category: Brahma Light Label and Colgate Max White Cartridge;
- Food Packaging Technology Category: Vitalie Sauce Cartridges;
- Technology of Food Service Packaging Category, Delivery and Take Away: McDonald’s Delivery Lid;
- Special Sustainability Category: Social Harvest Coffee Cartridge.
